簡(jiǎn)介：本機(jī)適用于塑料、橡膠、合成膠、熱熔膠及各種低粘度物料等各式化學(xué)原料的攪拌、捏合、分散。

Introduction: This machine is suitable for mixing, kneading and dispersing of various chemical raw materials such as plastic, rubber, synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive and low viscosity materials.

工作原理：由兩支表面帶螺旋棱角的攪葉軸，封閉在“W”形容室內(nèi)，在一定壓力與溫度條件下，兩軸做相對(duì)差速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使膠料攪拌分散。

Working principle: Two agitator shafts with spiral edges on the surface are enclosed in the 'W' chamber. Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the two shafts are operated at a relatively different speed to stir and disperse the materials.

75L密煉機(jī)通過(guò)一對(duì)相對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子，在密閉且可調(diào)溫壓的密煉室內(nèi)對(duì)聚合物材料進(jìn)行塑煉和混煉。其核心工作過(guò)程如下：

1. 物料混合：生膠或配合劑從加料斗加入后，落入兩個(gè)相對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)子上部，在上頂栓的壓力及摩擦力作用下被帶入轉(zhuǎn)子間隙。

2. 剪切與捏煉：物料在轉(zhuǎn)子間隙、轉(zhuǎn)子與密煉室壁間隙中受到強(qiáng)烈的剪切、摩擦和捏煉作用，配合劑被均勻分散，膠料溫度升高，粘度降低。

3. 循環(huán)混煉：物料在轉(zhuǎn)子不同速度的影響下反復(fù)循環(huán)，直至達(dá)到所需的物理和化學(xué)性能。
